This fanfiction series has been under development by my close friend for almost as long as sister series Fifth Voyager has, and hopefully soon it'll be ready to go public, right here. If you like FV you will love this series; it has it's serious sides, it can make you laugh, think.. and of course fantasy mixes with sci-fi very easily. Like FV this series has a bunch of new original characters, which you can learn about in the Cast Guide and there's already a Season One list in the Episodes section to ponder over. Eventually some day the writer herself may take over control of the site, until then I'll be your host (un.. I mean lucky you ^_^). I'll try to keep you updated on what's happening, and hopefully should have a start date soon enough, fingers crossed. In the meantime, have a look around, click the bookmark link and/or favourite-ise the forums and make a mental note to keep checking back now and then. ^_^ -- Marill -- Updates 8th February 2007 To put it simply I've been not busy, but that's the Job Centre's fault for most of February so far.. I'm stuck for most of the day, doing sod all when I could be doing that at home (lol), while thinking about working. At least when I'm home I can just go on the comp and do said work, here I'm very limited. Typically I've wanted to work while there but obviously I can't, by the time I've gotten home I'm tired from the trip, and other stuff happens so by the time I'm ready to work, I'm even more tired. As you'll read from the non-published bit of news below, I started reviewing the first episode.. unfortunately I got stuck, and well the review is pretty crappy as I keep getting into a hyper state while reading this series.. and well you know how well that ends. In the time between me getting over half way through the ep, and now the second and third episode were written and I've just skimmed briefly through both. While Dimension 5.2 has these three opening episodes which tie in well together, FV has two under average opening eps, and Year of Hell with extra scenes from Pokémon lol.. I could compare 5.2 with B4FV but it's still not much better: Caretaker was crap, Parralax was barely an episode.. Eye of Ramn was ok enough. To cut a long rambling shorter, these three eps put mine to shame. Though I am getting deja vu from reading a certain character in ep 2 & 3, who has the same name as a FV one lol. >> The Episodes section is updated to show the status of the first three episodes, plus the listing has recently changed. >> The Cast Guide has been updated again. There were a lot of mistakes when I first posted it. For one thing I got Jen and Sandra confused again, I still don't know why cos they're nothing alike. Below was going to be an update until I got stuck on the review I planned to add to it. Obviously the entire update wasn't uploaded. 19th January 2007 - not published Belated Happy New Year! It's took me a while to get back into the swing of things. Anyway to the point last night I continued going through the first episode, I decided just a little way through to write the review as I go.. Of course that meant reading from the beginning again. I tried to write it in a way that wouldn't spoil the episode itself, so I wouldn't worry. Doing the review this way may means that it's random, and possibly dull without the story being spoilt but it's better than nothing at all. If it goes well then I'll do the same for a later episode that was finished before this one.. all I can say about that one is damn Microsoft Works for screwing up the grammar and stuff during the check.
