I do not own these characters or their ship; I am just borrowing them for my own Star Trek series. These characters will be returned but don't expect them to be in the same state that they were in when they were taken. Also the Enterprise E and it's crew belongs to Paramount.

Faye O'Tani, Lilly Johnstone, Emma Goldsbrough and Evil C/Clive are all based on real people (Marill, Firera, Togepi and Evil C respectively), the characters only belong to the people they're based on.

Also the starship Leda from Outside of Time and it's descendant the Leda B shown from the episode Blind Eye onwards, belongs to us. The ships were I think named after a moon in the solar system.

The Game Cube original idea is from ReBoot (Mainframe, Canada). Buffy the Vampire Slayer (Joss Whedon, no way am I putting Fox as part of any disclaimer here) owns watchers and Slayers basically/originally, the Chosen/Natural, watcher abilities, evil-turning etc.. was all my ideas though. Also all Games Creatures/Pokémon/Softmicron (with the exception of Phrog, Firera & Togeta) belong to The Pokémon Company, and Nintendo.

All the celebs featured in the FVDA and in other episodes of later Fifth Voyager seasons obviously don't belong to us, and most are probably out of character. Some of the episodes may offend fans, but all of the insults are directed towards these celebs because they have caused a lot of annoyance for one or all of the Fifth Voyager team. Nearly everyone gets annoyed by a celebrity's antics, and this is our way of venting it.. it makes us hate them less by humiliating them here.

The Old Man, Damien's character in Season One, all the 'Space Trek' characters and ships, and the Listonians belong to an old friend of mine.. originally the material they were from were parodied for fun, but it did turn into something more serious in "Dimension Jump" onwards though (long story, do not ask), it's something I'm not really proud of. Anyway I've never claimed them as mine really, it was just something silly that got way out of hand. I really should say no more.

Kidz Trek Disclaimer

During Fifth Voyager there has been mentioning of a series that I have been planning for years now.

The Dellia Fleet, as you may know, became the name of the Liger fleet that Lilly commands in Fifth Voyager. This was done to protect classified information about the sci-fi series I had been in the process of creating. The original name has been mentioned in later episodes.

As you may or may not know, the series I have been creating was called Kidz Trek. It started development in 1997 (yes I was just eleven/twelve so.. ^_^), at the latest date. In 2001 I finally came to my senses that the series was too much like Star Trek so that's why I decided to change it. It was mostly scrapped all together a few years ago.

Lilly Johnstone, one of the main characters in FV, is half based on the Kidz Trek version, and the rest based on Firera. The Kidz Trek version was going to have the surname Liger, as in her species name, but that was changed for FV originally, and had been changed for Kidz Trek. Take careful note that Lilly's character should not be taken, unless you have permission off me.

There are a LOT of other characters in the Kidz Trek series, for safety reasons I wont give out old or recent information about them.
